Starter
Starter includes the story studio, first-class Arabic RTL, one connected app, and email support so you can publish in-app stories from $49/month. Use it for pilots, MVPs, and product experiments with real users before you scale to Growth or Enterprise.
Growth
Growth includes shoppable stories, Gulf-native checkout rails such as Mada and STC Pay, a monthly AI Credits allowance for campaign drafts, and analytics for completions and taps. Marketing teams choose Growth when stories become a weekly channel rather than a one-off test — including Ramadan, White Friday, and other seasonal peaks.
Enterprise
Enterprise is scoped with our team: unlimited scale, white-label options, raw data export, PDPL-aligned processes, and a dedicated manager. Choose it when legal, procurement, and multiple brands need one story platform with a contractual SLA.

Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. Annual billing reduces the effective monthly rate. Plan upgrades apply on the next billing cycle unless we agree otherwise. Invoices go to the billing email on the account.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free tier. Starter starts at $49/month for teams validating the format. Book a demo and we will outline an onboarding window that matches your MAU and launch date.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are a monthly allowance for the AI Story Generator — layouts, copy, and bilingual drafts. Unused credits do not roll over by default. Enterprise agreements can include unlimited generation.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Starter and Growth have no long-term lock-in. Cancel before renewal and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Enterprise cancellation follows the signed contract.
Which Gulf payment methods do shoppers use?
Shoppable stories on Growth and Enterprise can connect Gulf-native rails such as Mada and STC Pay, alongside cards. Available gateways depend on your market and acquirer — we confirm the list on the demo.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move from Starter to Growth as MAU grows, and talk to us when you need Enterprise. Catalog changes apply on the next cycle; mid-cycle adds are prorated when the plan allows it.
